Music that helps you hear yourself

About the group

Some emotions are difficult to name. Some experiences cannot easily be expressed through words. They may remain hidden in the body, breath, tension or silence. Music can help us reach these experiences in a natural and safe way.

Music Therapy – Releasing Emotions Through Music is a weekly group for adults who would like to understand themselves more deeply, express emotions and strengthen their psychological resources.

The sessions provide a safe and supportive space for self-discovery, exploring fears and accessing experiences that may remain beneath conscious awareness. Regular participation supports the gradual development of trust, greater self-awareness and psychological resilience.

The group combines active and receptive music therapy methods. Participants use simple instruments, musical improvisation, rhythm, their own voice and shared musical experiences. Sessions also include listening to carefully selected music adapted to particular emotional states.

Music becomes a form of communication that helps participants express what may be difficult to put into words and discover new ways of coping with emotions.

No musical experience is required. All you need is openness, curiosity and a willingness to enjoy music.
